Charles S. Lawrence was made Private 1st Class with the Signal Corps 10 March 1915. Commissioned 2nd Lieutenant in Infantry 3 June 1917. Also served in 11th and 14th Cavalry. Separated from service in August 1919. Recommissioned Sept. 1921 in the Infantry. Served with the 35th and 29th Infantry. Transferred to Quartermaster Corps Feb. 1928. Student at Quartermaster Subsistence School 1935-36. Nov. 1941 he established the Quartermaster Depot at Tarlac in central Luzon. Th...
